17 [a]Wherefore in [b]all things it behooved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be [c]merciful, and a [d]faithful high Priest in things concerning God, that he might make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
18 For in that he suffered, and was [e]tempted, he is able to succor them that are tempted.
